Unifix Preinsulated Pipe system (Pipe in pipe) is a factory made for below and above ground distribution of hot or chilled water, gas, petroleum products and other substances. The system is designed with heavy duty carrier pipe made of Steel, PVC, HDPE, Polyurethane Foam Insulation and a sleeve made of GI /Aluminum spiral duct or HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) as a jacket.

Unifix Pre-insulated pipe system reconstructs a step ahead towards Pipe line thermal insulation. Unifix PUF pre-insulated pipes are specially designed & manufactured at our state of art manufacturing facility, with Korean high pressure foaming mechanization, To produce high density Polyurethane foam core with a closed cell content of over 96% with exceptional thermal insulation properties, providing a K value of 0.0185 W/mK considering high thermal cyclic load, Hence being the most ideal and economical material for Pipe line insulation.

Our pre insulated are ready to install & can be effortlessly positioned into a Pipe line system that would rarely require any further maintenance, hence suitable for both Hot & Cold pipe line system, even for the underground pipe line for the distribution of Gas & Petroleum Products.
