High Density Polyurethane foam has grown as an integral component for a dimensionally stable pipe supports with exceptional insulation properties. The Conventional system of wooden pipe support for the elevation of pre-insulated pipe network is being replaced by PUF & PIR Pipe Support system.

Unifix PUF/PIR pipe supports are specially designed & manufactured at our state of art manufacturing facility in Kolkata, West Bengal incorporated with Korean high pressure foaming mechanization, to produce high density Polyurethane foam core with a closed cell content of over 96% at a required standard density of 360 kg/m3.

PUF/PIR Pipe support exhibits an excellent thermal insulation properties & enables a significant contribution towards minimizing the energy consumption in diverse processing units & industries preventing direct heat transfer.
